ASG-Cypress™ Enterprise Output Manager

ASG-Cypress Enterprise Output Manager provides extensive queue and printer management. It allows operators to monitor the status of print jobs and control the delivery of content to any enterprise destination. Through a single, easy-to-use graphical user interface (GUI), users can view and control print operations for all output devices on the network. Users can also control the devices and jobs (e.g., job queues, stock assignments, suspend/resume printing, re-route output), and view documents through this window.

Included in the ASG-Cypress Enterprise Output Manager are ASG-Cypress administration facilities and security access rights to devices, print jobs, and print job resources (e.g., stocks, banners, etc.). In addition, a comprehensive history log of all events is provided.

As part of the ASG-Cypress Enterprise Output Manager, the ASG-Cypress Print Statistics module provides a single source for recording, extracting, and analyzing all statistics and events that occur in an enterprise output environment.

The ASG-Cypress Output Enterprise Manager controls all enterprise output devices, and can record all user, job, and device events related to printing, thus giving one solution that cuts across all enterprise environments. It also provides better information to help manage and control output environments, and eliminates the need for redundant print statistics products.
